Effective compliance systems are an often underestimated element of a company’s sustainable success. This seminar will focus on main aspects of compliance systems in German and Japanese companies, referring inter alia on a smart design of compliance systems, implementation challenges, cultural aspects and legal requirements, in particular with regard to competition, data security and HR compliance. After the seminar, seminar participants will have the chance of further exchange on their practical experiences during a get together.
